What is
Stem Cell Therapy?

The body's ability to repair itself starts at the cellular level, and stem cells play a central role. They can self-renew and develop into different cell types, which sets them apart in regenerative medicine.

At Mesagen Health, we use mesenchymal stem cells sourced from donated umbilical cord tissue. This tissue is also a natural source of exosomes, growth factors and other components involved in cellular communication and tissue biology.

Could Stem Cell Therapy Be Right for You?

If joint pain, stiffness or an ongoing injury is making it harder to move comfortably, stay active or do the things you enjoy, stem cell therapy may be an option. But no two patients or injuries are alike, so treatment shouldn't be either.

A Straightforward Approach From the Start

Our donor-derived stem cell therapy is available through IV or targeted injections, both with the same commitment to quality and sourcing:

Mesenchymal stem cells sourced from donated umbilical cord tissue

FDA-registered U.S. lab

Third-party verified cell count for every vial

IV Stem Cell
Therapy

Delivered through an IV to support healing and recovery throughout the body.

Targeted Stem Cell
Injections

Delivered directly to the joint or area being treated, using live X-ray imaging to guide precise placement.

Stem Cells From Your Own Bone Marrow

Your bone marrow contains a rich mix of cells and natural components involved in tissue repair. Bone Marrow Concentrate (BMC) harnesses those components to create a regenerative treatment derived entirely from your own body, with no donor tissue.

The process takes about an hour and is done entirely in-office. After numbing the area, we collect a small amount of bone marrow from the back of the pelvis, process it to create BMC and deliver it to the treatment area using fluoroscopic guidance for precise placement.

BMC May Help Support

Joint Pain & Mobility

Muscle & Tissue Recovery

Sports & Activity-Related Injuries

Bone Marrow
Concentrate (BMC)

A concentrated combination of cells, platelets, growth factors and proteins that play a role in the body’s natural repair response.

Delivered through targeted injection.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is stem cell therapy safe?

Stem cell therapy has been studied extensively and is generally well tolerated. Every patient is different, so your provider will review your health history, answer your questions and discuss any risks or considerations before moving forward.

Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Yes. Your consultation is a chance to discuss what’s been bothering you, ask questions and learn more about what stem cell therapy could look like for you.

Which option should I choose?

That depends on what you're looking to address and your individual needs. Your provider will walk you through the available treatment and delivery options and help you decide.

How long does it take to see results?

There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline. What you experience can vary based on the area being treated, how the therapy is delivered and your individual response. Your provider can give you a better idea of what to expect based on your individual plan.

Is there downtime after treatment?

Most patients can return to their normal activities shortly afterward. Some mild soreness or fatigue may occur during the first day or two, particularly after a targeted injection. We'll review any specific aftercare instructions with you before you leave.
